Parts Work Therapy

You’re made up of the many experiences you’ve had over your lifetime. Those parts of your life will grow and change at different paces. Some of them may need more (or different) care than others.

Complex Trauma Therapy

Pain is part of the human experience but that doesn’t make it comfortable or fun to deal with. When you’ve been hurt in the past and are still carrying trauma, you might not be sure what the next steps to take are. 

Complex trauma can be a shadow that haunts your healing process. You may not know how to let go of those experiences, but it doesn’t mean you have to live with the way they feel right now.

Attachment Therapy for Adults

So much attachment work focuses on children and the relationships they have but we don’t stop having attachment needs as we grow. Adult attachment is rooted in your relationship with trust and connection that starts within you. When you begin unpacking the experiences you’ve carried along with you, you’re likely to find threads of attachment throughout.
